We offer more than 30,000 SKUs. Mainly produce paper products, writing instruments, desk organizers &accessories, school essentials, art supplies, crafts, and sewing. Please just send us an inquiry first, we can reply to you within 24 hours.
Please don't worry about the quality because our products are checked during production by the QC in the factory and our company. Besides, the products have to pass the test requirements as per different customers before delivering out.
Yes, we accept OEM, OBM, and ODM. We have a professional R&D team, so we can develop and produce products according to your requirements or samples.
Yes. We can arrange the testing according to your requirements.
Our products comply with REACH, EN71, SVHC, CPSC, CPSIA, CHCC, AS/NZS 8124-3, etc.; If you need us to make tests, please let us know when quoting.
If you can accept our current test reports, then no need to pay for the test by your side.
But if you need us to make any new tests, you need to pay it and if we failed at the first, we will pay for the next tests until they pass.
We update the new products every 3 months. As for now, we have more than 30,000 SKUs.
Our factories are audited by UL and part products are tested by BV, TUV, UL, SGS, etc. It’s up to customers' requirements.

Order
Questions

Normally our MOQ is 3000pcs per item per color (but it depends on different items. E.g. the MOQ for ABS computer monitor holder is 500pcs) and our minimum order amount is USD5000. If you can't meet our MOQ requirement then the extra charge will be required.
We normally need 45-60 days for production. However, please contact us for any urgent situation.
It is ok as long as the amount meets $5000, and each item meets the MOQ. If only some of the items don't meet MOQ, please contact with for more discussion.

Our factory owns a laboratory to do the physical test, chemical test and timer, and EUTR. Meanwhile, we have a 15 members QC team to do the in-line inspection, final inspection, factory audits, and complete SOP in each process to ensure the quality.
Yes, Johnshen owns 6 manufacturers, they are manufacturing plastics stationery, notebooks, adhesives, writing instruments, art & craft sets, and pencil case respectively and all products are stable in quality and provided at competitive prices. Around 50% of products are produced by our factories.
Yes, each manufacturer has a factory audit. For example, BRC, SQP, BSCI, Sedex, and audited by our big customers such as Walmart, Office Depot, Staples, Auchan, etc.
Yes, our plastics stationery manufacturer and the adhesive manufacturer have Disney's FAMA.
Normally big retail customers need us to make factory audit and Johnshen will pay the cost. Some customers can accept the current factory audit we have, no need to audit again.

Payment
Questions

We can do quotations based on FOB, CIF & CNF. Our standard payment term is 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against documents. If you require special payment, please negotiate with our sales by email.

Shipping
Questions

We normally ship from NINGBO or Shanghai. So our term is FOB NINGBO or FOB SHANGHAI. But if you need us to deliver from other ports of China, we also can make it. But it will be better to let us know at the quote stage.
Usually, we ship by sea, because we are in Ningbo, we are only 35 kilometers away from Ningbo Port, and the sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also by air transport. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us. For some customers in Russia, we also can deliver goods by train.
